At Melkawolf Creative Studio, we take great care in creating and packaging every illustrated piece and tote bag. Each item is crafted with love, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
1. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

The product arrived damaged or defective.

You received the wrong item.

The order was lost in transit and cannot be replaced.
To be eligible for a return or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at 📧 Melkawolf.design@gmail.com, including your order number and photos of the issue.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Because our illustrated products are made in small batches or made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind or personal taste

Incorrect size or color choice by the customer

Custom or personalized items (e.g., names, special colors, or one-of-a-kind pieces)
3. Return Process
If your refund or replacement is approved:

You may be asked to return the item in its original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
